Behind the Scenes: February Pt. 2

Nate Corder from Quality Custom Tattoos came to Charmed Life this week! We like having the guy around; he brings good tattoos, good conversation, and a bunch of those pre-planned meals to keep him looking buff. We like him so much that we plan on having him up here once a month, so come book an appointment for him in March! He'll be back in town on the 15th & 16th

Be sure to keep an eye out for some more guest artist news in the next few days!

Here are our favorite shots of the week:

Behind the Scenes: February Pt. 1

It's been busy here at the shop! Tax season is here and we can feel it already. The guys had a great time tattooing and staying busy the last few days. Next week we're excited to spend time with Nate Corder from Quality Custom Tattoos in Somerset. Here are some of our favorite shots of the week:

A New Year, A New Tattooer

If you've been to our shop recently, you've seen our apprentice Erin. For two years she's been sweeping our floors, scrubbing our tubes, and picking up our supplies and food. This year she'll be picking up a tattoo machine.

During this phase of her apprenticeship, Erin is focusing on American Traditional tattoos, especially roses, and preferably on legs. Apprentice tattoos are done under the supervision of an experienced tattooer. So if you have some blank space on your body and 20 bucks in your pocket, come let Erin put something awesome on you!

Old Kentucky Chocolates @ Charmed Life

Look in the mirror.

Are you as excited as Erin right now?

No?

It's probably because you haven't picked up your bar of Old Kentucky Chocolate yet. They come in 6 different flavors and all of them are freaking delicious:

  • Peanut Butter Meltaway
  • Dark Chocolate
  • Krispy Krunch
  • Almonds
  • "Wildcat" Milk Chocolate
  • Thoroughbred Truffle

Best of all, they're only A BUCK and all proceeds go to the Northside YMCA's Swim Program.

Fundraiser ends on December 7th so get them for your stocking stuffers...if you don't eat them all.

Shoutout to Old Kentucky Candy for the delicious goodies.
